Return Policy
All Research Releases are food products. As such, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any coffee orders once dispatched.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review and resolve on a case by case basis.
We take quality seriously. If something is wrong with your order, we want to know.
