Shipping & Returns
Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days.
The roast date is printed on every bag. Unless otherwise noted, coffee is shipped with a roast date within 7 days.
Some releases are designed to open after a few days of rest. If a product page recommends “Day four onward,” count from the roast date printed on the bag.
After opening, finish within 2–3 weeks for best results. Store sealed, dry, and away from heat, light, and strong odors.
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we usually cannot accept returns once an order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if applicable.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been roasted, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
