Orders are processed within 7 days of roast date. For releases with an open observation window, orders are confirmed immediately upon purchase.

Shipping times vary by destination. Tracking information is provided upon dispatch.

Freshness

Each release ships within the optimal observation window for the documented phenomena. The roast date is listed on every product page.

For best cup experience, brew within 2 to 6 weeks of the roast date. The phenomena documented on the product page are most accurately observed within this window.

Coffee beyond 6 weeks from roast date will still be drinkable but the documented phenomena may be less pronounced.

Packaging

All releases ship in sealed bags to preserve freshness during transit.
